Survival of the Fittest

Whether it's a family,jobs, countries the list is endless it's a survival of the fittest

This has been caused by the scarce of the resources.We have emphasized put our

energy and effort on education.

The planners of our  education did not give us the education of self-determination,

self relying but we were made  to look for jobs from the government and private-sector.That worked for few years as the population increased.

Only few people who were hired by the government.

In Government operates unofficially as

-who do you know.

-what personal value do you bring to the one who appointed you.

-lastly the minimum qualifications which 

also not important.

In the private sector is

-how much value do you bring?

By value we mean,do you have the clients base?

Take a leaf from insurance companies.

You have to convass and have at least 50-100,1000 clients where you can cut a deal to any insurance company.

You can't open your own insurance company because you are not registered.

The example  I have mentioned needs own

computer or iPad even an office.
